Mountain Was His Name

We lost most of the pictures, videos, and EVP files after our house fire that were stored on our computers in the house. This is all that we could recover from the hard drives of those computers.

Basic Information

Located in small town Nebraska sits a house amongst a quiet neighborhood. When we were contacted by the home owner; she told us her children were afraid to sleep in their rooms at night. They told her about seeing things late at night and hearing disembodied voices in their rooms. She also told us from time to time she would hear strange sounds, voices, and see shadows out of the corner of her eyes, but when she would look; she didn’t see anything.

Our Investigation

We scheduled a date and time to meet with her at her mom’s house a few blocks away. During our interview with her, we learned of more strange occurrences that not only she witnessed, but other members of her family have as well.  One of the witnesses was a past client, her mom. We investigated he mothers house just a year before.

Once we started the investigation of her house on April 13, 2013. We discovered the name of one of the spirits in the house. A young man named Josh.  When she heard the young man’s voice, her face turned white and she began to cry. “That’s my brother”, she said. Apparently, Josh was killed in a car accident in Fremont, Nebraska years ago.
